Shortly after receiving your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
If items are in stock they will be sent to you first class*** or by airmail within two working days.
The charge for carriage is currently calculated based on the total value of the item(s) despatched,
although in the near future we aim to alter this to weight-based post and packaging charges.

Up to £15 £3.50

Up to £45 £6.50
Up to £60 £7.50

Up to £100 £10.00
and then add £1.00 postage for every further £10 of value purchased

We reserve the right to send parcels
containing certain heavier items by 2nd class delivery.
Inland orders should arrive within two days of despatch as we normally send deliveries by first-class post (if in stock).
Overseas orders will of course take a little longer.
However, if products are not currently in stock we will contact you by email with an expected delivery date.
We will replace or refund damaged or faulty items (unless damaged in transit overseas) - but we do need you to send them back to us first.
Please note we cannot extend this arrangement to include music CD's or Tarot card decks.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit of overseas orders.

In the event of a complaint, we will endeavour to reply within two working days and will keep you informed on its progress.

Postal Rates - Europe
Goods up to £10 in value - £3.50, then up to £20 in value - £5.00, up to £30 - £7.50, up to £40 - £10.00, up to £50 - £11.50, up to £60 - £13.00, up to £70 - £14.50, up to £80 - £16.00, up to £100 - £17.50.
For every £10 extra in order value please add £1.50. These are Airmail rates (delivery 3-5 days).
For delivery 2-4 days, our Airsure rate is £4.20 extra to the Airmail rate.
Postal Rates - United States and Rest of the World
Goods up to £20 in value - £8.00, up to £30 - £12.50, up to £40 - £15.00, up to £50 - £17.50, up to £60 - £20.00, up to £70 - £22.50, up to £80 - £25.00.
For every £10 extra in order value please add £2. These are Airmail rates (delivery 3-5 days).
For delivery 2-4 days, our Airsure rate is £4.20 extra to the Airmail rate.
